Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment via our secure online booking system. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. London City Tours reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are per group (per vehicle), not per person. Prices include VAT where applicable. Entrance fees to attractions are not included unless explicitly stated.

3. Cancellation Charges

• Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total agreed fee for the engagement.
• Refunds of any amount due are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

3a. Faulty Equipment — Coach Tours

For coach tours: if there is no working microphone or PA system provided, the operator will be informed as soon as possible by the guide. If the tour continues without a working microphone, the guide is entitled to be paid an increment of 100% of the original fee until the omission is rectified.

4. Changes & Amendments

Requests to change the date or details of a booking must be made at least 5 days before the tour start time and are subject to availability. London City Tours will make every effort to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability. Changes requested within 4 days (96 hours) of the tour start time may be treated as a cancellation and the applicable cancellation charge will apply.

5. Conduct

London City Tours reserves the right to terminate a tour without refund if any guest behaves in a manner that is deemed unsafe, abusive, or disruptive to the guide or other parties.

6. Liability

London City Tours carries full public liability insurance. However, we cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage, or injury arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic delays, weather conditions, or the closure of attractions.

7. Entrance Fees

Entrance fees to attractions, museums, palaces, and other sites are not included in the tour price unless explicitly stated. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own admission tickets.

8. Privacy

Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your booking and communicating with you about your tour. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to process your payment (Stripe).

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
