How do I book a tour?

Simply browse our tours, select your destination, choose your preferred tour option, pick a date, and complete the booking form. You'll be redirected to our secure Stripe checkout to pay. Confirmation is instant — no calls or emails required.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely via Stripe with 3D Secure 2 (SCA) authentication.

Are prices per person or per group?

Accepted Answer

All prices are per group (per vehicle), not per person. This makes our tours exceptional value for families, couples, and small groups. The price you see is the total price regardless of how many guests are in your group (up to the vehicle capacity).

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation charges apply as follows: 50% of the fee for cancellations made 10 to 5 days before the tour; 100% of the fee for cancellations made 4 days (96 hours) or less before the tour. Any refund due is processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 5 days in advance.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes — please contact us via email or WhatsApp at least 5 days before your tour and we'll do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 4 days (96 hours) of the tour start time may be treated as a cancellation and the applicable charge will apply.

Yes, absolutely. All our tours are 100% private — just your group and Richard. You will never be grouped with strangers. This is what makes our tours so personal and flexible.

Can I customise the itinerary?

Yes — all tour themes are fully customisable. When you book, you can specify any particular places, landmarks, or experiences you'd like to include. Richard will tailor the tour to your interests and pace.

What vehicle will we travel in?

All Driver-Guided Tours and Chauffeur-Driven Tours with a Private Guide are conducted in a premium private vehicle — comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed. Richard Cerquera is an IAM RoadSmart Advanced Driver, helping ensure a smooth and safe journey throughout the day.

Is door-to-door pickup included?

Yes. All tours include door-to-door service. Richard will collect you from your hotel or accommodation and return you at the end of the tour. Please provide your full pickup address when booking.

Are entrance fees included in the price?

Entrance fees to attractions (e.g., Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, Hampton Court) are not included in the tour price. Richard will advise you on current admission prices and can help you purchase tickets on the day.

How far in advance should I book a day trip?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak season (April–October). However, last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — check availability online or contact us via WhatsApp.

Yes — we offer combination tours such as Stonehenge & Bath, and Windsor Castle & Hampton Court Palace. Other combinations may be possible depending on distance and timing. Contact us to discuss a bespoke itinerary.

Start times vary by destination. Most day trips depart between 8:00am and 9:00am and return by early evening. Exact times will be confirmed in your booking confirmation.
