Welcome to a full day tour of two of England’s most iconic and historic royal residences – Hampton Court Palace and Windsor Castle.

Our day begins with a pickup from your central London accommodation by our professional licensed driver guide, who will accompany you throughout the tour. Our first stop will be Hampton Court Palace, a magnificent Tudor palace located on the banks of the River Thames. On arrival, we will have a guided tour of the palace and learn about its fascinating history. The palace was originally built in the 16th century by Cardinal Thomas Wolsey, and later became the home of King Henry VIII. We will explore the Tudor kitchens, the Great Hall, and the Chapel Royal, among other stunning rooms. You will also have the opportunity to walk through the stunning gardens.

After our visit to Hampton Court Palace, we will continue our journey to Windsor.

We will take a break for lunch at one of the nearby restaurants before continuing our tour to the jaw dropping Windsor Castle, the oldest and largest inhabited castle in the world. The castle has been the home of the British Royal Family for over 900 years and has played a significant role in the history of the country. We will explore the State Apartments, which are adorned with priceless works of art and furniture. You will also have the opportunity to see the impressive St George’s Chapel, where many of the British monarchs have been laid to rest, including Queen Elizabeth II. And if the Royal Standard is flying, it means that His Majesty the King is in residence, which makes for an extra special visit.

Our tour will end with a return journey to London, with drop-off at your preferred central London location. This is a comprehensive tour of two of the UK’s most historic royal residences.
